How to help us

HPTH UK is run entirely by volunteers and membership is free. Please support us and help us to help others.

You can help us by donating your time, love or money.

Here are a few ideas:

SPONSOR OUR RUNNERS AND WALKERS

hannahsHannah Mullen (who has HPTH) and Hannah Knott are two 17 year olds who have generously offered to do The Wirral Coastal Walk on behalf of HPTH UK. On the 23rd of May, they will be taking on a 15 mile walk from Seacombe Ferry on the River Mersey to Thurstaston Country Park on the River Dee. Go for it girls!

You can support the girls by donating online on their Bmcharity page here

Next year, our main event is 'The Short Way Round'. Grant Strong and Lewis Carter are cycling round Britain to raise funds and awareness for their 2 favourite charities: us and St Dunstan's. Follow their preparations on their website, join their facebook page and get involved.
