Travel Advice

If you are travelling abroad always

  • take an extra supply of your medication with you ( at least a double set ) in case of delays, loss or theft. 
  • carry your medication in your hand luggage when travelling by plane, with prescription labels visible.
  • drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration
